RC injury...

Any ideas on how to get my RC back to 100%? It is very depressing to not be able to lift anything. I start therapy next week on it...

Any advice will help.

Rest it and listen to your therapist. If you don't see improvements in 4-6 weeks they will probably recommend you to an ortho. It's a process, just relax a bit, work on some cardio and legs, or something not stressful to the shoulder, and eventually you'll be ok.

I know it's frustrating, but hang in there dude.

There are a few different routes you can go to fix it. Your doctor will recommend the best. Worst case scenerio is surgery and the rehab that follows it, however, surgery can be very successful. It was for me at least.

Good luck

I just came into this sub-forum with the same issue looking for info, good luck on recovery. I think I am a little better off than you in that I can still lift as long as I warm it up, and then get ice on it right after.
