    INGREDIENTS:
Egg whites (99%), less than 1%: Natural flavor, color (includes beta carotene), spices, salt, onion powder, vegetable gums (xanthan gum, guar gum).

So.... 99% the same thing (assuming you bought the "original' variety and not a flavored one).

I used to eat egg beaters for 2 years, I switched to egg whites simply because it tastes much better to me, and egg beathers was too liquidy (sp).

Even though they are 99% the same, they do seem different to me. Personally though I prefer to mix the two with just a bit of egg beaters to egg white.

For convenience you could add some egg beaters to whole eggs. Then you get the extra protein without overdoing the fat and without the inconvenience of separating the whites (not that is a big deal). More expensive though.

If you like the carton for simplicity or whatever you can buy them with some yolk in it. Yolk is important IMO. Lots if important vits and mins. Plus they help raise test.

I drop 3 whole eggs and then 2 "just whites" in a bowl, whisk with a fork, then microwave them ****s.

WAAAAAY cheaper than buying egg beaters.

Another great contribution. No one said yolk isn't important but sometimes people want the protein without the fat. It's not a hard concept to follow. And do they REALLY help raise test? That's funny because I get blood work done quite often (bad case of rhabdo last year) and I've seen my test levels without many eggs and then with a lot of eggs (parents bought chickens) and I didn't see any difference. HMMMMM, sounds like more of the "eat a whole stick of butter, brah, saturated fat is good for musclzzzz!" crap.

Don't mistakenly use egg beaters baking pastries...

That extra onion powder and flavor make for some fantastic cookies. I don't like to waste food and don't have a dog. So enjoyed strawberry onion cookies... not a manly man shake, but still don't much want to lick that bowl.

Well the fact your source is "some girl" is a possible qualifier for broscience . But theirs no problems with the cholesterol in yolks, and some saturated fat is good (don't quote me on that), it's just some people get it from other sources (ex. steak) and want their eggs without it. I don't think your wrong, its just people jump at the chance tell someone to eat the yolks, when their probably leaving them out for the sake of macros.

    Quoted ;-)

Seriously, the cholesterol topic has been over done on here, but will reiterate dietary cholesterol can be issue from some predisposed to high cholesterol, egg yolks having the highest density of cholesterol to every common food we eat. These folks surely do not want to add more (and sat fat for that).
