If Jay steps his game up he can win it back. But if he can't improve to at least his 2006 Olympia form then he might not even place in the top three and could end up like Ronnie and go out with a top five placing or worse.

at the finals this year was the best jay will ever look for jay
every year his midsection will grow and his limbs will shrink.
this has been going on for some time since 2001.
eventually his arms and legs will be sucked up by his huge gh bone structure and he will be a hard 300lb ball of muscle resembling a beachball.I wish it lasted, forever.

With his size, and if he comes in looking better than this year, yes he can, though it will be between him and Heath, and maybe Victor, so for Jay, it's going to be hard.

Although I don't think it will happen, it would be cool to see. This will be Jay's last chance at getting one more, it would be cool to see him go down as the only guy to win it back.
That being said I don't think he'll be able to take Heath and a recovered Martinez.There is no conclusive evidence that clicking the dumbbells together when doing presses, or slamming them down when you're finished your set, will make your chest bigger. Please stop.

I've heard around here and on other forums that he's cutting down a bit now. Anyone else heard this? Still not sure if he can come back to any type of form and put up a fight against Phil and company.
