Eating-Wrestling
What would be some good foods to eat after i weigh in right before i wrestle? Usually i just eat some yogurt and a bannana with honey. Is there anything else i could eat for good carbs that wouldnt upset my stomach?

Cookies and Creme Powerbars....as many as you can eat, I'm guessing you could fit 4-5 easily.

You're doing it right. That's good stuff right there. Oranges too though, I remember eating like 3 of them before my matches. Just don't eat anything heavy or you will puke it all out. Bananas and oranges. Good luck with your matches

Are you out of your mind? Clearly you havent dieted for an extended period of time to cut weight, and then refueled your body with 4-5 cookies and cream energy bars!!!
dont listen to this or you will want to **** your sling. As reiterated above, fruit will provide you with fructose for some good energy while not making u feel too heavy. Whole Grain bread wont upset your stomach either, it can also add some weight on which could be an advantage

my team lived off fruit, powerbars, and gatorade at tournaments. Like someone else said, make sure you don't eat too much after weighing in. For a while I got into a nasty routine of stuffing myself after weigh-ins because I was so hungry and it definitely affected my performance on the mat

i eat powerbars myself, around 45g carbs and they are tiny and quick digesting.... i go slow though, start with alittle water, and then something like pedialite or powerade or something with it... you dont want to pack alot of bulk in your stomach, small meals... i probably only have about 2-3 in a few hours though...
