idk about anyone else but i dont think the job here is to not put down an honest question. Its quite ok to re-post stuff because sometimes there are so many threads and its hard to find a specific question (and really how many questions can be asked before a repeat occurs?). And its no big deal really, if you dont like seeing the question then dont post a reply, just ignore it.

Anyways BB for strength and mass. DB's really isolate the pecs and give me one hell of a pump. I do both in my chest workout personally.
