If you look up "hardcore" in the dictionary stand there: Hardened, loyal, devotion. Hardcore bodybuilding are much more than that. It is a mentality, a way of life. For the échte bodybuilders means this this way possible train without the "show". I mean with show cardio cycle with in-built baffle and head tel. so that you the news, the grant bulletin can favoriete soap examine or you whereas you twist the molentje on a quiet tempo. With show I mean the sieves with magazines and illustrated magazines concerning....wat determine it what they concern?! If you have enough time notebooks to read during or after your sets you must train harder!!
Someone you have ever asked the question "have you hobbies?" or "do you to sport?" The hardcore bodybuilder will answer on this "no". Why? Because Bodybuilding no sport or a hobby is for die-hards! You can play football and basketball, but can you bodybuilding play? Bodybuilding are a manner of life. Each day die you a fighting on life and with the plates and the dumbbells, each day you must eat as if you live of it depend! We are the gladiatoren and the gym is our sand! Hardcore are if you are half-way on an atrociously heavy set squats and you feel turn away suddenly your flatulence and you clear yourself last time up. Do you leave the set for what it are and make you a spurt to the toilet or finish yourself you set, irrespective of or you after the set still do not obtain the toilet or? In real gyms this "ordinary someone is who trains."
Do you know those people who come in in the gym and a familiarisation does round firstly? Everywhere beat a chat concerning, but social gebeurtenissen... call on. In the gym do not come you make friends, in the gym does not come you to or other grietje its kont stare. In the gym come train you, and RAPIDLY! The socialiseren allow to precede during the "dinner and drinks". Do not understand me found oneself, you can once make a chat with a friend, but make of it no ellenlange interlocutions. The only reason which you are in the first place there, is desires himself satisfy for the bests be to be, for largest! If you must for that for 12 weeks for diëten or 3u in the morning from your bed must come because then the only moment is that you can train will, then you do that ordinary, how large desiring is possible also its to other things! Nobody has said that it would be easy. Do you do want be largest? Do you do want be the bests above everything? Then zul train you as an animal, foods as a horse and sleeps as a bear in hibernation. No exceptions, no excuses
Have you ever seen the gym of Dorian Yates or Ronnie Coleman? More hardcore than this chain are not possible it really! Bald walls, old toestellen and rusty plates. You find there no technological pinches, magazines or a brand-new stereo installation from which comes most recent deuntjes. These are real kerkers! No bull****, only heavy and train is here under discussion of the day. Each day! Do you think that Ronnie Coleman 8 time on file Mr. Olympia would become if ie everything for the bests to be? He adds himself on the basis exercises, the superheavy movements and trains as an animal! Do you do want see as an animal? Then zul train you as an animal!
What is you with all this trains without an aim for eyes? Nothing. Okay you become larger, becomes itself more strongly, but what wants reach you? An aim always stipulates that you within manageable time wants reach and hou this for eyes! It must stand in your brain burned and an obsession becomes! E.g.. "I want 30 kilogrammes within 6 months more heavily am possible benchen." Or "within 8 weeks lichaamsvet want stand." on 10% It leaves an obsession becomes. What the brein can consider, the body will reach but only with realistic aims and that psychopathic drang these of gaining points! Do you find that you are hardcore? Proof it!

How us Dutch people ever got the reputation of being good English speakers is beyond me.. oh wait, that was probably because of ME! hehe.
Dude, quit using babelfish and get someone to translate what you want to say. No one is gonna wanna read it like this.
So yeah, you're hardcore and bodybuilding is your life. For me it merely enhances life, it does not define. People have different priorities in life. I'm not sure if you were critizising the people that socialise in the gym, but if you were, then my suggestion is to not let insignificant occurences in your surroundings effect you as much.http://members.lycos.nl/kakarot_195/Progress5.JPG

I think he's saying that hardcore bodybuilders take their training seriously and that if you think you're hardcore, then prove it by farting during squats and not going to a gym with posters on the walls.
