Exclamation tricky diet questions! limited resources HELP!

okay this is my first post ever....

i am currently around 25% bf, 5'9", and 220-225 lbs. I really want to get down to around 10% bf as fast as possible with giving up as little muscle lose as possible. Once i get down then i can start bulking again and just continue the bulk to cut to bulk to cut cycle from there out. I am thinking about trying something like 2200-2300 calories a day with 35-50% being protein (i dont see why you wouldnt want lots of protein?) 15% carbs, and the 50-65% fat. due to where i love and everything i cant cook any food really, im in the military and the barracks dont have stoves... so i buy canned chicken and tuna.

ill be working out high intensity 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off a week, doing cardio 3-5 times a week.

    1) can i just use peanut butter for the fat intake? might go over carb intake with that??
    2) to get those calorie ranges, and keep carbs low, what should i eat (the chicken and tuna arent real high in calories)
    3) my plan is to buy frozen broccoli in a bag and use that and oatmeal for my carbs, good? bad?
    4) plan to eat 4 meals a day, what do you guys think? puts each meal around 550 calories
    5) should i try what i have said or just eat chicken and tuna 5-6 times a day and just cycle oatmeal/broccoli carbs from 50 to 75 to 100 for three days then start the carb cycling over?

any help with be of benefit! i feel like i wanted to write a ton but just cant remember it all.. anyways let me know guys.

    thanks

    1. Pb is fine for fats
    2. Eat whatever foods you enjoy to meet macros
    3. No food is inherently good or bad it's daily totals that matter. Getting carbs from 2 sources will probably lead to micronutrient insufficiency. I'd suggest more variety
    4. Meal timing and frequency are irrelevant. Eat as Many or few meals as you prefer
    5. Carb cycling is stupid as is having such a restricted bland diet
    6. Read the damn stickies
