Don't buy it at GNC because they charge an arm and a leg. Otherwise it's a great product. I'm using it now and my gains are sick! It has this awesome icey cool feeling as you drink it which is also nice after a grueling workout. Taste is so-so but you get used to it. Make sure you drink it with really cold water. Room temp is pretty bad!

ive never tried it but i personally dont think its thats good, it got a ton of different things in it and like a .5 grams of each one, it just make it look like your getting a l0ot out of it. also it contains a lot of creatine which does increase muscle mass, so you'd be better off getting something like creatine, and glutamine.

I felt the chill! You have to take 3 or 4 scoops if you train hard w/ high intensity. I LOVE this product! I wish they made a bigger tub, but it's a great choice if you want to make gains. Wish muscletech products were a little less expensive though

BTW, I only tried the Halo once because it was advertised so heavily. I liked it and gave my opinion on it. The thread was reviews on Halo, so I gave my review on Halo and nothing else. Next time I'll talk about everything besides what the thread is about if that's what makes some of the people in here happy. Come on, man
