    Exclamation Neg me to hell if...

    I'm not a lean 185 by April of '09. Since I've started training for mma I really don't have the need to get 'huge' anymore, just explosive and all around athletic. Since I live alone, I don't make enough to be buying tons of food, and I can't afford two memberships as well. Yesterday I had a great sparring session and realized between rounds that fighting is where I feel like I belong, I've got a good base(3 years of amatuer boxing) good wrestling, and average BJJ. I have TONS to learn, but that's what makes this sport so appealing.

    So yeah, if I'm not a lean 186 by then, neg me/flame me do whatever. I'll get this thread bumped and I'll rep you if you subscribe to it /keep me motivated not to cheat on my meals .

    I'm willing to lose some muscle, it wouldn't be realistic to expect to drop about 45 pounds of just fat lol. I'm going to make sure to maintain most, but losing some is a definite.

    yeah, yesterday I thought I was going to die about halfway through the drills, tire flipping/sledgehammer work after some grappling/bag work..

    I haven't smoked a cigarette in about 2 days. It's driving me crazy..but it must be done. The smokers that say "oh, well I'll just slowly reduce the amount i smoke each day" almost always fail. It's all willpower.
