how do you get pumped up before lifting?
lately I've been having a hard time getting pumped up and aggressive before lifting and I feel that its effecting my progress
what do you do before you lift to make you fierce like an animal?

I dont go to the gym unless I'm hungry to work out. I get this sensation every day so it's more of a problem for me the avoid the gym on my rest days.

usually before my sets i scream "LIGHT WEEEIGGGGHT!!!!!!" and "YEAH BUDDYYYYY!!!!!!!!" but thats just me

as much as people diss n.o xplode, i actually liked it. Not so much the energy, but the focus.
Lifting without focus and like fukin a chick you dont find attractive

yeh i been using no explode for about a month its pretty good bu im hearing things about it like it has Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate in it which is supposed to be bad? idk

for me it's about relaxing and finding inner peace while I am at the gym...sort of a form of meditation
this helps me control my mind and control my muscles to do exactly what I want them to do...
