Red bumps rash on arms?
Today i went to the gym as usual, took my pre/post workout supp and when i got home to shower, i noticed red bumps on my upper arms and on my chest that i have never seen before. they dont itch. i havent ate or done anything out of the ordinary, but the only thing i did different was go into the sauna before i worked out for about 7 minutes. any thoughts?

its arm acne i have it... if you go to your doctor they will give you cream and if the initial cream dosent work they will give you a stronger steroid cream to help get rid of it.

Nah, He said it doesn't itch.
Dude I'm thinkin it's just an irritated vein. Drink lots of water, ice it, and hope for the best, Is what I would do.

might be ingrown hair in your skin due to makin contact with all the sweaty machines and pads.. bring a towel to the gym or wear a sweater..if you want to get rid of them buy an 'exfoliating bodywash' and use it in the shower. should clear up soon, if that is the case..

Are you taking creatine? I noticed sometimes when I'm on creatine I'll get a couple little red bumps on my bicep and maybe some on my forearm. Could be a possibility.

I have had little red bumps/rash on my outer biceps/triceps for years. It's not to bad but it's defenitly visible.
They aren't scabby or pimpily like the pictures I have seen of keratosis pilaris, they are just red dots/rash looking. Do you think it could still be keratosis pilaris?
