your gonna get mixed reviews on. this.

some say A dose of 25mg isn't suppressive, some will say it is suppressive.

im on my pda at the moment, so I can't post this said study, but I've read a dose of 50mg maybe even 75mg wasn't suppressive to the hpta. the study is on pubmed if anyone wants to fish.

I see a lot of people using it in PCT to help bring back their sex drive.

I am very on the fence about it. I have seen studies where its used to treat oligospermia(low sperm ct) and for libido its good. And its a mild enuff AI that u won't get an estro rebound like letro or adex will cause.

I would use 25mg and no more til u get tested to see recovery

5mg of exemestane per day will do what you want and then some.

But lets say hypothetically u cant get aromasin(my reality is i cant-Africa),

I used it last time during my pct dosed at 25mg a day until pct was over.
cycle was: test e, tren, anadrol.
I gotta tell you i had a very easy recovery compared to my past cycles that theoreticly should have been much less supressive to my system.
However for this pct all things were not equal, i was also running IGF along side the proviron, and nolvadex.
I never had much if any loss of energy, very little loss of weight, and strength.
I didnt, however, get blood tests so basing my recovery process on feeling alone is not the most accurate method of determining if the protocol worked, but i will be doing this for every pct from this time forward.

I?d use it only up untill about a week away from PCT, never had loss of libido during it....always bounced back just fine with nolva, even after an year`s worth of cycling.

My take on Proviron in PCT is this: there is no evidence showing its effects when trying to uregulate a suppressed HPTA. The only studies are done on an already healthy HPTA, which we know is much easier to maintain in comparison to trying to upregulate the HPTA from AAS suppression. Now you add in an androgen, and I believe it's asking for trouble. Is there proof? NOPE. NEITHER DIRECTION. So why chance it? Have I tried it? YEP. Did I FEEL better? YEP. But could it have been because I had exogenous androgens in my system? YEP.
