Eating Fats after Cardio

i know you shouldn't eat fat after you workout but is it the same with cardio?

Don't worry about it, it's really not a big deal -- Have fats when they make you feel good and you want to eat them, not because it's "the right time" or "not the right time".

Fat is okay to have after a workout, be it resistance training or cardio. It's a common belief that fat "slows" the absorption of protein post-workout, but it doesn't
