I was just wondering if 145 pounds at 5'8" was considered a light weight or not. I eat about 2500 cals. Should that do it to gain weight clean and slowly? I'm just not sure what's considered a light weight.

145? Geez, you whale, get on a stairmaster!
Seriously though, if youre doing a lot of heavy lifting, you may want to up your cals into the 3grand range, being 145 lbs, I'm going to take a wild guess and say that your metabolism isnt exactly sluggish, so you should be able to handle 20-21X bodyweight in cals without turning into a lardbucket...

Haha. I'll enjoy myself, but I won't enjoy getting rid of my funbags come spring time. And yeah, maybe around 2700-2800 would be better. Some calcs say 25-2600 is my maintenance for my activity level. So I'll just keep going up each week until it's good.
And about my question. I just wanted to know if I was light.

If I was 145 at 35% I would probably go kill myself. That's like bones skin and fat. No. I did some crude test that got like 10%. so I estimate maybe from 10% to 16%. I was really low in the summer eating 2000 a day and running 7 days a week w/ lifting. I looked like a corpse too. I was 133. Lmao. Had t be like 6% then.

If I were you, I personally would go up to the 3000cal mark, do some high volume lifting routines, and just bulk up till mid april, you may be able to get up to around 170 lbs and be relatively lean(relatively means 15% or lower, not <7%), and at that point, you could do a smart 8-week cutting cycle, get down to 6-7% bf, and only lose maybe 1-2 lbs of that newly gained muscle....

That's what I wanted to see. A dude my height. And yeah. I'm gonna bulk. It's hard to get started seeing as I just lost a lot of weight, so it's hard to want to gain it back, but yeah. It's winter. And I said I CRUDELY measured 10%. That's why I said I'm prob like 15%-16%. I'm gonna order some calipers soon though.

SEE, I TOLD YA'!!!!
Go for the 3000 cals, lift your ass off, and gain some serious muscle...you can always diet it off later, and, trust me, you won't get huge-assed love handles or anything, what may happen is you'll get a little smoothness to you towards the end of your bulk...this will happen while you're forced to buy new shirts in a larger size due to the 30 lbs of weight you gained(good feeling)....
