    Exercise request : pull-up+dip

I remember reading a few year ago about an exercise performed hanging from an horizontal bar. Overhand grip, your hands a little wider than shoulder width part. You explosively pull-up and hopefully gather enough momentum to transition into a dip. You then drop down and repeat.

Anyone knows how it's called? Also, could someone provide a link where the exercise is explained in details?

    Thank you

Heres a link with a pretty good explanation of the muscle up:

Scroll down past the ring part, he explains how to do it on bar.
Success comes before work....only in the dictionary.
