i used to do 55 sets with 12 reps for back...
it was pretty insane and shocked my body literally into new growth...55 sets is def on he extreme side but i would recommend 20-30...your body adjusts to your routine after a while so u have to mix things up to trigger growth...yeahhh mann go balls out!
