    lack of strength, anyone else?

So. Ever since the cold weather started coming around, it has gotten significantly more difficult to lift.

I'm curious if this is due to the season, or any other factor. For the past two months I had been pounding the iron relentlessly- I went from 155-170 and stayed pretty lean. Could I have overworked, and I just need some rest?

Also, I'll note.. every time that I squat (for the past 3 weeks) I get really light-headed and a numb-tingling feeling all across my shoulder/neck. I've had my form checked countless times (it's pretty damn good).. anyone ever have similar symptoms, possibly putting too much stress on diaphragm or something?

I'm eating more than I ever have.. and I'm getting at least 10 hours of sleep everyday..

    Thanks, man!

I suppose we can just take things easy until we're used to it. What's weird is that I typically enjoy the cold season, I guess my body doesn't like it.. hah. After all, this is my first year of taking lifting seriously and not just bench pressing
