Favourite cheat meal?
today is my cheat day. I usually make home made pizza but unfortunately the cupboard does not bear enough ingredients for pizza.
I have mince meat, chicken breast, 2 x tins of whole tomatoes, strips of beef, asparagus, cheese, pasta, spagetti, and a few other things....
can anyone give me some good ideas for a great cheat meal?? I dont want to have to resort to calling takeaway

roast beef sub, w/mayo, lettuce and american cheese

It's probably not in your cupboard, but anything Thai. I love Thai food. Or some good ol greasy buffalo wings dunked in bleu cheese.

Mom and I are going out for dim sum for lunch. I think I'm going to ask for some stir-fry veggies, too, so it won't be a total cheat.
Back with my nose to the grindstone. Trying only fails when you stop. :)

eggplant parmesan on top of pasta with lots of marinara
macaroni and cheese
cptn crunch
cheeseburger and fries (not fast food, but a good thick home grilled burger with lots of cheese, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, mayo, onions, pickles, the works)
***im more for real food cheats than sweet cheats

I (heart) Snoopy!
I had a huge craving for ... turkey pot pie! lol a few weeks back. I ate 1 on my cheat day! 500 claories! /faints so darn tasty!
Last cheat day was homemade saubraten (omg! yum!) I way over on calories!
Before that it was my bday cheat - outback steak and 2 (!!!) vodka tonics. It was my bday, so it had 0 calories!!!

NACHOS ALL THE WAY!!!! I love to go to Taco Mac and get nachos all the way. I can only eat about 1/3 of an order, but oooooh my gooodessss its sooooooooo good. Chips, beef, chili beans, lettuce, onions, cheese, extra jalapenos, tomatoes & lots of Salsa. YUM

well i just joined bb today and im looking through these thinking like cheat meal?? im gonna need a cheat day! lol im not overweight. im skinny fat.. hopefully this site will keep me more motivated to work out which i do ok with..but eating right is soooo hard. i always need to slip in the jam on my toast....and other things =X
