So what is up with the whole creatine deal of taking on empty stomach or full stomach. A lot of websites argue that creatine taken on an empty stomach increases absorption and thus creates higher insulin spike. While the other side argues that creatine reduces stomach cramps. My question is why can't people just take a slightly higher dosage of creatine than they normally do in order to compensate for the lower absorption of creatine on a full stomach and still get the benefit of not having stomach cramps?
