Do you guys normally stick with the same routine, lets say every chest day, or just the same exercises? like would it be (not mine just an example)
(weight) x6 for like 4 sets
or do you just do the same exercise
In other words, do you have the same general routine everytime you work out a certain body part, or just same exercises?

ok well than heres another question, i need to change my shoulder routine
because well it sucks
what exercise(s) do you think really helps your lateral deltoids i think its called

yes its anterior delt.
Do military press x8 superset with lateral raise x12 for 4 sets (for raises here, turn the DB in a little at the top of the movement, like as if you were pouring a water with a pitcher)
Standing Bent-Over Rear Delt Raise 2x10 (more weight, dont be too concerned about form here)
Lateral Raise 4x10 doing dropsets after each
Seated Bent Over Rear Delt Raise 2x12 (be strict with form)
Thats how I do it

Not bashing bro, but if you are really 14 and really 140, i don't think you need to even THINK about the world superset.

I know, im not a bodybuilder by any means, and i deff have begun to get my diet in check with more fat and total calories. I do use a lot of heavy compounds too as my main exercises, i just couldnt make my shoulders grow at all. But you are right
