Any good Leg/chin/tummy workouts?

Hello! I'm Kas and I'm new.

Now that is out of the way, I'm also newly without a gym and I feel very sad about this. While I search for a new place to hang my hand wraps, I'm looking for some good inner thigh, full stomach, and yes, the double chin stuff to do at home.

I've come a long way, I'm 5'1 and was never really "thin" I'm very thickly built and I want to tone it up. Weight isn't an issue for me because I do think that I'll be gaining from this point onward. I currently am asthmatic, but I've changed medications and they promise that it will no longer contribute to fat build up.

At the gym I was in love with the captains chair and just keeping up with the bag, going to the chair and back.

Well. There is no such thing as a chin workout. I think your asking how to lose fat.

Eat calories just under maitenence. Should take care of all your problems.

If you cannot do that very easily add in some cardio.

If you really want to work your adductors try heavy backsquats with a wide stance.
