I am buying Kre-a-fem, did anyone try it before? can i keep talking L-glutamine as well? when do i take wich?

hi, it's creatine specially made for women, apparently it doesn't make you to retain water or feel bloated!!

I've been using myprotein's creatine and I think it's causing some bloating with me.

I wasnt aware that creatine somehow functions differently in a woman's body

I dont think the creatine is made especially for women. It's kre-alkalyn with other ingredients for women, black cohosh being one of them. I think. I haven't tried it though.
