    I've always preferred push press...just gradual progressive overload adding weight to the bar every week or so. Only ever had it stall once and I just added some more volume and the weight started climbing again.

    Dude you don't need a program for OHP just find a weight you can hit 5-7 reps at and add weight weekly in supplement to your bench

    unless he has plans to compete in strongman then OHP is way more important than bench
