    i was tired as hell, I had grapes for breakfast, then played basketball game, went to IHOP had 2 burgers and fries, got home slept for 3 hours, woke up went to gym and felt a little reserved.

    EDIT: with breakfast I had some waximaize

    im not sure if i hitch the bar i dont think i do but i go all out on attempts and i shake on my heavy sets trying to gewt in those last sets. i never rest the bar on my legs or pull wiuth my arms.
