    Good evening ladies and gentlemen, this is my first log, so I will try to make it as organized and informative as possible. I have been working out pretty much regularly since May of 2004, with the exception of a couple of hiatuses that have taken between then and now. I am 21 years old, birthday is April 13th 1987. I am 6'1.5 and 204lbs. I'm not concerned with measurements, as the main purpose of this cycle is to gain strength, not necessarily size. My current lifts are as follows:

    ...these stats are taken directly from my workout log, and believe that they will be an accurate representation of my current physical abilities. I follow a POWER/REP RANGE/SHOCK routine, and these are stats from my power week, approximately 2 weeks ago. I am currently finishing up my last day of SHOCK and will start my cycle on Monday December 8th, which will be the beginning of my workout program. During this cycle, I will be utilizing a clean bulk diet. I will not be drinking alcohol at all for the next 4 weeks. My diet will be as follows:


    Meal One**
250mL of egg whites (125 cal, 25g protein, 1g fat, 2g carbs)**
3 whole eggs (210 cal, 18g protein, 15g fat, 2g carbs)
    ⅓ cup of oatmeal in water (150 cal, 6g protein, 3g fat, 27g carbs)
1 tbsp of peanut butter (100 cal, 3g protein, 9g fat, 3g carbs)
    1 orange (87 cal, 2g protein, 0g fat, 22g carbs)
TOTALS: 672 cal, 54g protein, 28g fat, 56g carbs

    Meal Two** 
1.5 cans of tuna (210 cal, 45g protein, 1g fat, 1g carbs)
1 tbsp of olive oil (130 cal, 0g protein, 14g fat, 0g carbs)
1 Quaker Oatmeal Bar (200 cal, 2g protein, 6g fat, 32g carbs)
    1 apple (100 cal, 1g protein, 0g fat, 28g carbs)
TOTALS: 640 cal, 48g protein, 21g fat, 61g carbs

    Meal Three**
    2 slices of whole wheat bread (220 cal, 10g protein, 3g fat, 38g carbs) 6 slices of turkey (180 cal, 36g protein, 3g fat, 3g carbs) 1 slice of swiss cheese (70 cal, 9g protein, 4g fat, 0g carbs) 1 can of V8 (70 cal, 3g protein, 0g fat, 14g carbs) TOTALS: 540 cal, 58g protein, 10g fat, 55g carbs

    Meal Four (post workout shake)** 
1 scoop of ON 100% Whey Protein (110 cal, 24g protein, 1g fat, 3g carbs)
1 ? scoops of ON Glyco-Maize (210 cal, 0g protein, 0g fat, 52g carbs)
TOTALS: 320 cal, 24g protein, 1g fat, 55g carbs

    Meal Five** I am unable to account for this meal beause it will vary from day to day. Although I can?t say exactly what I am eating, I can assume with certainty that this meal will consist of a starch (carbs), a meat/fish (protein), and a couple of servings of veggies. This meal will have ROUGHLY the same nutritional information as the rest of my meals.
Minimum Intake Total: 670 cal, 60g protein, 25g fat, 60g carbs

    Meal Six**
1 cup of 1% cottage cheese (200 cal, 30g protein, 2g fat, 16g carbs)
1 Slice of Whole Wheat Bread (110 cal, 5g protein, 3g fat, 19g carbs)
    1 tbsp of peanut butter (100 cal, 2g protein, 9g fat, 3g carbs)
TOTALS: 410 cal, 37g protein, 14g fat, 38g carbs


    DAILY TOTALS: 3252 cal, 281g protein, 99g fat, 325g carbs
    ****** it is also worth noting that I will be consuming AT LEAST 500mL of water with every meal. That is 3L a day, at the very minimum.******


    My cycle will look like this:

    Cycle: M-Drol 20/20/20

    PCT: Nolva 40/30/20
    Rebound XT
    Alpha Drive XL (test booster from ****)

    ***throughout this cycle, and PCT, will be taking 1 dose of Cycle Support(Anabolic Innovations), 2g taurine, 60mg CoQ10 DAILY.

    I have also decided to load the cycle support, taurine and coq10 for a period of three days before the cycle begins. That starts today.

    Alright well that's all I can think of at the moment. Because this is my first log, and my first encounter with a PH, any criticism is welcome, whether it be about my workout routine, cycle or PCT dosage, nutrition or anything else that you think of. I am constantly learning new things, many of which I owe to you people that make up this fine online community. I will begin posting lifts on Monday, and anything I forgot between now and then.

    No, actually. Everything posted in my log so far is just a culmination of my current knowledge on the subject, along with my personal opinion of course. And as for the test, a friend of mine recommended a test booster for the PCT...I stumbled on alpha drvie xl at www.nutritionplanet.com and it was dirt cheap; like, under $15. And after I found out it was made by ****, I had no choice but to buy it. Yes, I like ****...
