Xtend quick question

Hey guys, here is my situation. I workout for about an hour and then do my cardio for 20 min following that. I have Universal Torrent which I take after I complete everything. My question is how many scoops of xtend would be suffice following my weight workout before I do the cardio? Thank you.

just read the directions and do what they say. for your weight i think its 4-6 scoops.

4-6 Scoops even though I would be taking Torrent 20 min. later? 2 scoops of Xtend is like 7 grams of BCAA's. Torrent has like 8 grams. I figured I could get away with 2 but I was just curious. Thanks for your input.
