    shoulder pain begins on the 3rd or 4th day after exercise?

    I have what seems to be rc pain in my left shoulder. It however doesn't get sore until roughly 4 days later? Makes no sense to me. It is not really sore although I can feel it very slightly during chest and shoulder days.
    For example I lifted chest monday, legs tuesday haven't worked out since. Friday I wake up and my shoulder is sore? It will pretty much subside in a day or two, but I was wondering if anyone experiences the same thing? Everyone I talk to at the gym with shoulder issues gets pain immediately after or within the next day or so of working out.

    Do you guys do light rotator cuff exercises, even if it causes discomfort while doing the movements?

    So no pain during the workout, no pain post workout?

    Few days later there is pain.... do u sleep on that shoulder?

    Where on the shoulder does it hurt?

    I try to sleep on my back with my arms down. it hurts mainly on the back of my shoulder, rear delt, and near my shoulder blade. Thanks
