OK so i am new to this. Alil back ground info.
I am 31 years old, male, 6'0 170lbs. i work out 3-4 times a week. nothing big just enough to keep in shape. I am not cut but i am not flabby. I do carbio light 2 times a week. (treadmill 20-25min) and 1 day hard cardio. My work out on avg. is treadmill, then situp, crunches, leg lifts some abb machine, dips, pulls ups, then to free weights for upper body, after that i finish up with pushups and some balance ball squats till i am tired and worn out. I eat ok sometimes a fast food lunch 1-2 days a week.(but try to keep it healthy) grilled chicken.
My questions is what is cutting and how is that diff from getting "cut"
2nd how is my very general work out.
3rd what should i change and improve to get more inshape.
ie: to get more "cut". ok thanks for the time.
BTW i am not uphappy with the way i look just want to look alil more cut. i like my weight and dont want to gain weight or size.
