Bicep Brachialis pain for over a month!!! help

I was having tricep problems for around a month or so. It went away and the pain came back in my bicep brachi. It is deep in the middle of my arm on the side. I have been self massaging it and icing it every day. The pain wont go away, i have stopped curls and back work. What else could i do?

Had the same problem before, mostly after bench press. Stopped doing anything that aggravated it and warmed up every session with a few sets of high rep preacher curls and it went away eventually.
