Has anyone watched Phil Heath's DVD The Gift? If so what's your thoughts on it? I was thinking about getting it as I like Phil Heath. (Sorry if this is wrong section)

Yep I agree.
It was amazing to see Phil's transformation over the 12 weeks. The training may not be as entertaining as a 280lb Ronnie but Phil's knowledge and ability to speak coherently and intelligently makes up for it.
If you were to introduce someone to the world of bodybuilding this would be the movie to show them.A pattern in the chaos.
