Has anyone watched Phil Heath's DVD The Gift? If so what's your thoughts on it? I was thinking about getting it as I like Phil Heath. (Sorry if this is wrong section)

seen. nice, but not very focused on food (the most important part imo). Just contest prep training.

I thought it was alright. But, no pro's dvd can compete with Ronnies! Ronnie's attitude is just too awesome and chill. "Light weight, baby!"
