Back In The Gym!

I am gonna keep A log of workouts and suppluments that I try, I have not hit the gym hard for almost 10 years. Used to hit it daily from 13 to about 21 or so, but followed a different path, now I am back and working on bulking up.
I am using this stack of supplements,
muscle milk and american mass and on casein for proteins,
superpump 250
mass xxplosion
volugrow
and thinking about nocturnabol.
6'2 165lb going fo bulk right now.

this was my first workout since all the supps got here, i will get better at breaking it down, and will also mix up the exercises.

I finished day 1 after all my new sups got here, I added max xxplosion as an intraworkout supp. today I did

curls
4 x 10 of 45 lb

tri pulldowns with bar
4x 10 x 50 lb

wrist curls w/ 50lb straight bar kneeling over bench
1 x 15
1 x 10

butterfly machine
3 x 10 x #7 on machine not sure of weight

shoulder extensions on machine
3x 10 x #7 last set half on #6

lat pulldowns on (riding machine?)
2 x 10 x 110
1 x 10 x 99

seated rows on machine
4 x 10 x 110 (riding machine?)

tried to finish out with bench, emphasis on TRIED!
1 x 8 x 115
1 x 5 x 115
1 x 4 x 95

started and finished with a .5 mile run to and from the gym!

muscles were twitchin for about 1.5 hours after the volugrow, feel good, will try to hit the gym tomorrow and bust some legs

any tips are more than welcome!

did legs today on the hoist machines the gym has

leg press
2 x 10 x 110
2 x 10 x 125

leg extensions
2 x 10 x 90?
1 x 10 x 115
1 x 15 x 115

leg curls
4 x 10 x 75?

ran 1 mile @ 7mph on treadmill

im gonna try to write down my sets so i can remember and document better.

ab crunch machine
2 x 10 x 50lb

shoulder shrugs bb
1 x 10 x 40
2 x 10 x 45

ran 1/2 mile home

about an hour or so in all
