My girlfriend is going to buy me a DVD for Christmas, the only bb'ing DVD I have is pumping iron. Should I get Ronnie Unbelievable? Or Dorian Blood and Guts?
My bad if this is in the wrong section...
Thanks

I havnt seen dorians, but I probably enjoy Jays videos more than ronnies, despite his lifts being less impressive, he does present very good form and made me think differently about working out. I think Jay explains things better and shows the life of bodybuilding a lot more than ronnie, my favourite was his latest, being from Jay to Z I think. Either way you wont be disappointed, Ronnies videos are great. Especially if you've only seen Pumping Iron, which was more a drama film than anything.

"Unbelievable" is the best for entertainment. Ronnie's workouts in that video are truly incredible and he's in fantastic shape.
Dugdale's DVDs are the most professionally done. "Driven" and "A Week in the Dungeon" are much different than most of the videos. They are more like a documentary and tell a story.
Dexter's latest DVD was very long and repetitive. He's shown cooking the same meals and make protein shakes every day for about a week. One day would be okay, but making and eating 6 meals and shakes for a week is not good editing and directing. I actually enjoyed the Y2K extra segment from 8 years ago more than current stuff.
"One Step Closer" and "New Improved and Beyond" are good for seeing the daily bodybuilding lifestyle. Cutler explains his training and diet philosophies. He's not really animated, but he does TALK on his DVDs unlike some of the others out there.
