This past Saturday my cousin went out to the bar with some cousins from the other side of his family and a couple of his friends. They were parked in a parking garage and when they went back to the car, two people from the country of Puerto Rico mugged him. When his friends and cousins tried to get out of the car to help him, they pulled a gun on them and made them sit in the car while they beat the crap out of my cousin so bad that he has to get facial reconstructive surgery and may not be able to see out of one of his eyes.

Anyways, they went to take him to the hospital and when they got to the exit of the parking garage, there was an ambulance and two cops already there by coincidence. After they got my cousin into the ambulance, they noticed that the car in line RIGHT BEHIND THE AMBULANCE was the two guys who mugged him. When my cousin's friends and relatives told the police, who were right there with them, THEY JUST LAUGHED AT THEM AND DIDN'T DO SH!T.

I will never trust a police officer ever again in my life. The only people they 'protect and serve' are themselves, government officials, and private/public establishments. They don't give a FUKC about us.

I hate cops.....it seems they do nothing when it come to real law inforcement but you let Mrs churchgoer be late for church and speed a little on sunday morning you can bet your a$$ she's going to get a ticket. It has been my experience that cops either:

A. Only care about themselves
B. Don't care about others
C. Are abusive to others
D. Any combination of A, B, or C

Actually it's pretty different.

People don't choose their race, but people do choose their career.
Unfortunately the police force is a career that can potentially attract powermad douchebags with control issues etc.

That said, I have a lot of respect for the good cops out there who do their job well. A helluva lot of respect.
It's certainly true that majority of cops are good guys who got into it for the right reasons. Unfortunately though the asssholes are certainly not a tiny minority, and they aren't particularly rare, there are far too many of them.

OP, I'm real sorry to hear about that brah, I wish your cousin the best of luck for a fast recovery and hope the lasting damage is minimal.

its not hard to find out what officers were on the call.

call the pd tell them what your talking about they will get the case number and find out what off's took the report there u go.

I am a cop...and..Sad to say, but yes there are some sorry ass cops who react like this.

I've seen it... sucks... some guys just get too burnt out/lazy and forget why they ever became the police.
