Free-weight, resistance bands, swiss balls& a jump rope??
Is this enough Equipment to begin a training program to tone muscle??
i dont want to lose anymore weight, just tone up a bit.
Is there anything i should add?

It's a great start. Just add good healty whole foods. What free weights do you have? Barbell? dumbells? Do you have a bench as well? A pullup bar would be a great (and cheap) addition, would allow work on lats and back.

I was thinking of saving my oney up to get a smith machine insted of a bench press. should i??

well im pretty short, to the point were i can bench standing up, what do you think about the smith's that are on an incline?

i have barbells as of now, and for the bench press seat do you think one that has an adjustable back is better?

adjustable back bench is usually called FID (flat-incline-decline).
