he has wicked genetics, I seen him at 16 and he's huge.

Genetics. I saw in an interview with the trainers who first found him, he was 205 at age 12 of pure muscle. Take what they say with a grain of salt of course.
I'm sure he trained hard as hell though, but genetics helped him alot.

I am curious about this too. He was huge at a very young age. I don't think he did steroids because I am sure he was tested a lot.
Did he lift heavy while boxing?

i remember reading something that said all he did was dips and sit ups for a workout. if you research him he really was an amazing man. even though he was a scumbag.

seems like a mesomorph....probably did juice as well during his pro career, doesn't matter anyway since almost all pros juice but his genetics played a big part, imagine if he decided to become a bodybuilder, vic richards gtfo!!!

Apparently he did shadow boxing with weight of up to 22lbs in each hand. Now that's gunan build some awesome punching strength and speed

He was a muscular endomorph that was lean due to all the training.
