I crock pot my lunches for the week on saturday night and they are done sunday morning which is when I pack them up in tupperwares and throw them in the fridge/freezer.
It's always some variation of this:
-cut up one onion, some celery, a pepper and some garlic and throw in the bottom of the crock pot
-throw in 3 to 5 frozen chicken breasts
-add baby carrots and as many fresh or frozen veggies as you can fit / like
- add spices / sauces to taste (chicken stock, hot sauce, soy or terriyaki, garlic salt, pepper, you get the picture)
-cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours
I always change it a little from week to week but it's basically the same every day, every week and I can't get sick of it!!
Let me know if you try it and like it and if you have any variations that work well.I'm as broke as the Ten Commandments and sometimes I'm harder to follow.

Buy a bag of frozen shrimp, cook them up in a pot with some brown rice and stick it in tuperware. Take another tuperware container with chopped broccoli, onions, etc, some bbq sauce, and some honey. Heat up the shrimp and rice, stir in the veggies, then add the bbq sauce and honey.
You could also add some mixed nuts for fats, or instead of honey + bbq sauce, go with melted cheese or olive oil.

Poultryloaf.
4 oz of ground turkey w/ 4 oz of ground chicken. I like to mix and match but you don't have too.
Chooped onions, peppers (bell and jalapeno), tomato, and mushrooms
egg
1/2 cup of oats (though really you need to eye ball it to get the consistence you want)
Mix in a bowl and hit it with some pepper and toss in a bit of tomato sauce.
Make into as many mini loaves you can and put them in the oven at 350 for about 30-60 mins.
Make some veggies and BAM, multiple tuperware ready meals.

I portion it out into about 5 containers, heat it up and throw some Franks Red hot sauce on it, tastes amazing.

Get a package of fresh chicken breasts, bake em in the oven and put each 1 in a separate container. Get some pinto beans made and throw em in the containers, add some cheese and/or salsa for flavor if you want. Then, when you're ready to eat, just pop the tub in a microwave for about 2 minutes and eat!!

I'll take some chicken breast, tuna, salmon or whatever I got laying round. But what is really good to try is throwin some kidney beans in with the tuna, it tastes really good. I might also bring along some yams.
My weirdest combo ever was I think a chicken breast and PB sandwhich, with a little tub o oatmeal, and some green beans.
people thought I was weird for bringing the oatmeal.

i usually cook most of meals for the week on sunday. ill cook chicken breast, steak, and lean pork chops (on my george foreman grill). and i buy bags and bags of frozen veggies. i put two meals in one container. i just keep it simple and write my macro break down on a post it note on the container. yes its boring but easy to track, cook, and i like plain food. i also love franks red hot sauce on everything!

here is a thread that I started on another website about Body for Life (a program which I follow). I posted pictures of the foods that i regularly eat, including at work.

I'm just starting out and I've been keeping it simple.
It varies from day to day but you get the idea....
1) Baked Skinless & Boneless Chicken Breast
2) A tub of Vanilla Yogurt with Kashi Cereal and throw in frozen strawberries
3) PB and J
4) When I'm in a rush I make a bowl of Cheese grits in the morning (5 Min in the Microwave)
5) Sausage and Cheese Omlette with Brown Rice
6) Pasta (My fave cause it costs 50 cents to make and its great with lotsa cheese)
7) Romaine salad with Honey Mustard Dressing
I also keep Bananas and a bag full of Almonds and a box of cereal in my locker if I need them. My coworkers see the Bananas and give me funny looks. Also we have a regular sized fridge so I keep it stocked with a gallon of skim milk (With my name on it of course) haha.
The thing I love about bringing food to work is, you aren't tempted to spend 8 dollars on outside overprocessed fast foods. You know what you eat and pretty much everything thats in it. You save SOOOOO much money and we all know we like to save money. I don't mind spending 15 minutes in the kitchen when I save half of what I use to spend on food.
