Cutting Diet 20 weeks out Critique Please
Thinking of running this cutting diet from 20 weeks out until 12 weeks out. From 12 weeks out on I will be running the Anabolic Diet which I had great success with to transform from powerlifter body to bodybuilding body tuype last year. Unfortunetly the AD diet I ran too long and was not comeptition ready. I think the last 12 weeks will be better than running it 20 weeks. My diet starts the first Monday of the New Year so any critiques would be great.
