Question Advice and help needed please???

When I initially decided that I wanted to beat my genetics and transform my body, I was unstoppable!! My training and diet plans were easy to stick to cause my fire was soooo hot!! Only 7 weeks later and I'm getting off track and the disgusting old habits are pushing through. The indulging is becoming more and more common as the stress of work increases. Its a poor excuse as I know of soooper stressed women with kids out there kickin major physique goals!!
Its the eating thats really f'ing me over and in turn, its messing with my training and my mind !! I need to trigger something that ooompfted me to get started in the first place cause I still really want to be on stage mid next year competing but have hit a massive chocolate covered wall with almonds all the way through it. I need advice thrown at my face, like a cream filled pie (low fat cream, he he)...What is progression meant to be like? Its still early days but I know if I continue going it alone, I will be sitting on the same fat torso this time next year!!
I have 25+ BF% so what should I be predominently doing training wise and what should I be eating more of so I eat less of the shyte calorie filled crap??
Please be Brutal as I am a gemini whose mind flutters like an epileptic butterfly and I need staright forward 'Don't F@#k wit me answers!!'
Thank you sooo much

First, move out of the house with chocolate walls so you quit running into them. Why do you have access to junk? Quit buying it and storing it in your home. Anything you have a tendency to binge on, even if it's healthy (I used to have a big problem with cashews, for example), get it out of your cupboards.

Sweets (even artificial sweets) have a tendency to stimulate the appetite. You may have to stay away from even things like diet sodas, crystal light, sweetened yogurt and even certain fruits.

Drink lots of water with meals and between meals.

Make sure you are eating enough to give your body the nutrition it needs (don't drop your cals too low). Keep a steady flow of nutrition coming in and control your blood sugar (and thus, your appetite) by eating about every 3 hours. Eat lots of food from whole sources. So far as where your calories come from, a good place to start would be:

40-50% protein:
Lean Poultry (remember ground meat is an option for variety)
Lean beef
Fish
Cottage Cheese

30-40% carbs:
Oats (very satisfying)
Brown Rice (very satisfying)
Sweet Potato (very satisfying)
Fibrous Veggies (can eat lots until you're satisfied)
Low GI Fruits (good option for variety but not as satisfying as other things...cals add up faster than those in fibrous veggies)

20% fats:
Nuts
Olive Oil
Flax Seed
Avacado
Cold Water Fish (salmon)

Amanda gave great advice so you're all set there!! One thing I will add if you are planning to compete by mid next year (which would be June) than you need to get things going now if you're sitting at 25+ BF%.

The bottom line is how bad do you want it?

Smile Thanks gals!!

Thanks for the kick in the glutes gals!! Its so true 'How bad do you want it?' is a great way of putting it into persepective.

Are those percentages based on per meal or per day??

My training is based on the supercompensation concept where you you 20/10 work out once a week. Did a seminar on it a few weeks ago and it seemed to make sense... compound training as opposed to targeting?? What do you think??
