First, move out of the house with chocolate walls so you quit running into them.

Why do you have access to junk? Quit buying it and storing it in your home. Anything you have a tendency to binge on, even if it's healthy (I used to have a big problem with cashews, for example), get it out of your cupboards.
Sweets (even artificial sweets) have a tendency to stimulate the appetite. You may have to stay away from even things like diet sodas, crystal light, sweetened yogurt and even certain fruits.
Drink lots of water with meals and between meals.
Make sure you are eating enough to give your body the nutrition it needs (don't drop your cals too low). Keep a steady flow of nutrition coming in and control your blood sugar (and thus, your appetite) by eating about every 3 hours. Eat lots of food from whole sources. So far as where your calories come from, a good place to start would be:
40-50% protein:
Lean Poultry (remember ground meat is an option for variety)
Lean beef
Fish
Cottage Cheese
30-40% carbs:
Oats (very satisfying)
Brown Rice (very satisfying)
Sweet Potato (very satisfying)
Fibrous Veggies (can eat lots until you're satisfied)
Low GI Fruits (good option for variety but not as satisfying as other things...cals add up faster than those in fibrous veggies)
20% fats:
Nuts
Olive Oil
Flax Seed
Avacado
Cold Water Fish (salmon)
