What can I eat to fart more?

I rarely fart, and when I do, its not loud
I miss all the loud, cheek jiggling farts I used to have, and I would like to experience them agian, just for a day or two.

So what can I eat to fart?

I always say it's good to have easily attained goals.

Get one of those quart sized egg whites cartons (or whole eggs, more flatulance potential in the whites). Fry up half the carton atleast, mix with a can of pinto beans and maybe some rice, wrap in a whole wheat tortilla and wash it all down with a 32 oz glass of soymilk. Wait 2-4 hours and let em rip...

Please be advised could cause mild discomfort, neasuea, possible vomiting, underwear odoring and staining.

Of course it does. It's basically water, soybeans and sugar.
Soybeans and sugar excellent combo. A few cups of that biz and you'll be explosive. Stay away from open flames.

Egg whites. I hardly fart anymore too and I had 2 hard-boiled egg whites and I was farting loud and often for the next 48 hours.

Anyway, gotta go with the magical fruit (beans), broccoli and eggs. Oh yeah, protein bars always seem to do it too because of all the sugar alcohols.

Brussel sprouts and cabbage (well cooked is probably more potent than raw)- and as extra bonus - is the same lovely aroma on the way out as going in.

Alright how bout this drink a 2 liter of club soda and lay really, really still and don't belch for like 2 1/2 hours make sure you're laying ass end on a towel, have super absorbant underwear and BAM !
