    Yes, eat the yolk, it's the best part. The dietary cholesterol you get from eating a yolk is actually good for you. Most of the nutrients are found in the yolk, another reason to eat them. I'm about to pass out(otherwise I'd go into much more detail on everything), but, I literally have tons of pages on studies about eggs, their yolks, and why to eat the yolk, and why to cook the egg:

    Eggs are also better digested when cooked. The bioavailability of a raw egg's nutrients are 51%. Although when cooked this number is around 91%. Meaning, your body will only digest about half of the egg's nutrients when consumed raw.

    No because their is a RISK of getting salamella poison. (forgot how its spelled..) I read that 1 in every 200,000 eggs, it has salamella... Sure its rare to get it but still a risk. so i cook them..

    Total of ten eggs a day. I'm deployed and I work night shift, so I have to go to midnight chow, then breakfast, then lunch.

    hmm...i'm pretty sure salmonella is found in the outter egg shell...where it has contact w/ the chicken's snatch or whatever the case may be. LOL.

    Depending on your diet. It won't kill you or hurt you. When I eat 8 egg white ill make one or 2 with all the egg. Im on scalvation diet and it doesnt bother me to eat the whole egg.
