Plyometrics and HIIT...
I am going to be starting my cut after the holidays pretty soon and am trying to get all of my bases covered.
I am going to be doing the following... as I think it will reap the bet results
MON-AM FULL BODY WEIGHTS
TUESDAY PM HIIT
WEDNESDAY AM FULL BODY WEIGHTS
THURSDAY- PM HIIT
FRIDAY AM FULL BODY WEIGHTS.
SAT SUN OFF
MY question is that I am trying to gear up for proper muscle maintainance but shred off my excess bulk fat i've put a little on in the past 3 months....
BUT I WANT TO DO PLYOMETRICS FOR MY VERTICAL (I play volleyball)
Where would i fit these in.... any thoughts or tried and tested Thx in advance!
