I turned 16 today, and recently I have been lifting weights on a regular basis, well...not weights...more like random heavy **** lying around the house, anyway, tomorrow I'm going to buy 2 of these (I dont know what their called lol.

And I was wondering what a good weight to start at is, I was thinking around 15-20 LBS because I have done them before, 15 LBS is do-able, but 20 becomes DIFFICULT. What do you think?
And when I buy one of these

How much weights should I get for it?
And could I get the real names of both of these weights?

honestly just join a gym you'll get so much more for so much less and as you become stronger you can move up in weight not be stuck with the 20lbs you have.
Good Luck. But luck has nothing to do with it.
