I do 45 minutes of intense cardio daily
Heres my meal plan:
Morning- Steak and Eggs (2)
Lunch- 2 Chicken thighs + legs
Snack- Steak + 5 eggs
Dinner- 2 steaks

You havent explained how its not working. And i would make the suggesttion to throw out the scale, it will help alot, focus on how u look and how u feel, not the number on the scale.

substitute steaks for chicken, get some efa's, olive oil, almonds, cheeses.. i never really had an issue even w/ low fiber, but getting some veggies in is a good idea
if you have been doing it for a while, do a re-feed.. high carb low fat for 36 hrs.. resets the system.. you will be in ketosis in a day or 2 again.

okay tbh
NO to the cardio.. i dont even touch cardio on KETO if i do hit up LI cardio. period.
now for the food.
you need fattttttttt
eat ground beef and anything fatty for your meals. avacado is great, cheeses, fish, nuts, just watch the carbs in the nuts they are sneaky.
as the guy above me said. REFEED. i refeed every week for about a good 24 hours. its helps restart the process.
