    Cold/Hot food

    Usually food tastes good when it's fresh off the stove.
    But how about if it's been sitting out for a while and gotten cold.
    Is eating cold food bad for you? or have less nutritional value?

    yea it's probably a health risk to eat food that has been left out...always refridgerate your foods
