Creatine Help
What is the absolute best creatine on the market? I have never used it before and I'm considering implementing it into my training. Also, I know it makes you retain some water. I am working hard on trying to get my abs to show... Will using creatine deter my abs progress or benefit it? Any thoughts or advice are appreciated but please KNOW what you're talking about \
Thanks

for a first timer i reccomend some plain monohydrate. water retention is ok. your diet will dictate your abs. creatine wont hurt them. there is a creatine sticky you should check out. it will give you good info.

As suggested by others, go with Creatine Monohydrate to start with but make sure they use a Creapure Creatine as this is of the highest quality and purity.
Companies that use this will say so on the products.

Mono
To start use CMono as the others said. It's the best to begin with. I started my bb on that 10 years ago. I still use Creatine today.

creatine monohydrate is all you need. Creatine affects intracellular water retention, which promotes cell volume and anabolism...different from subcutaneous water. Holding more water inside the muscle cell will actually make you appear fuller and harder.
