I replied to another post yesterday about elbow problems, it does seem a lot of people get problems with skull crushers - why I do not know.
Stop doing them, find an alternative exercise that takes the strain of the elbow (no heavy weight) and ice the elbow.
Look up tennis or golfer’s elbow.
