Welcome my friends!
I've been great! Through a roller coaster for sure, but am doing very well.
I need to get back into the grove of things, and have a good buddy who wants to start going with me. It might be a very slow start, so be patient!

December 27th
Squats - 20 @ 135lb
Flat Bench - 3x10 @ 135lb
Lat Pull Down - 2x10 @ 140lb, 6 @ 140lb
Calf Raise - Various
One Arm Tricep Pressdown - 3x8 @ 50lb
Damn, I am weak. I feel like I have no energy, or stamina. This workout was but a 30 minute session.
I think it'll take me a few months just to work back to my previous strength level. I am also working through my pained wrist, it still hasn't recovered and various things that I do just keep it from healing.
Headed to the gym today - I really need to get back into a 3-5 day a week regiment. I've gained so much fat, and overall I feel like crap compared to how I used too feel.
My main goal atm - lose 20lb.
I'm also not going to focus so much on leg strength / size..
My MAIN MAIN goal is to just get back into an active and consistent workout routine.

Back into the grind of things eh Derick? Just be patient, you know it takes time, could have been worse though. As for legs I agree, I'm putting them on the back burner for a bit of time.

Tuesday:
Flat BB Bench - 135lb
10, 9, 6
Lat Pull Down - 140lb
10, 10, 9
Bike - 12 Resistance, 10 minutes, HR 140bpm+
Wednesday:
Started Xfactor, 1250mg/day - decided to dip into my stash of supps and start taking stuff again. My mentality is, that if I am taking a cycle of supps (ie, Xfactor), then I am not going to procrastinate and I will get back into the habit of the gym. I only have 2 bottles of Xfactor, though - so I am looking to buy/trade for another if anyone has. Also started with creatine, leucine, and the little bit of Beta Alanine I have left. I'm broke so may not replenish stock while everything is extinguished, but my main goal is to just rebuild the healthy lifestyle HABIT.
Back Squats - 3x5 @ 225lb
Back Squats - 15 @ 135lb, 10 @ 135lb
Situps - 25, 15
Thursday -
Huge leg DOMs, I am so out of shape it's crazy. I weigh in around 220 give or take, and size 36" pants fit tightly. Several months ago before I quit BB, I was fitting a lose 34" at 190 give or take.
My goals - body, appearance, health, feeling great. I want to be ready for the summer. I am also considering freelance work (never working for a boss, every again), as I have been recently laid off my job and am currently trying to find a way to live without a job. Aside from many other ideas using the web, etc.. I have another side-job idea. I am close to Vegas and have heard of good looking people (mostly woman) going down and just hanging on the arms of rich people to make them look good. I'd gladly hang out with and chat with some old hags for a night for some moolahs! Just one idea aside from many.
Things have been nuts lately, so much has changed. Hopefully I can stay focused and attentive enough to keep this blog updated, and perhaps you will all be unofficially invited to travel with me in my living life experiences.
BTW - had some girls over last night and got drunk, bad move for trying to recover after a leg day and being out of working-out for so long. You know how the first few weeks are toughest with DOMs and muscle soreness? Yeah, I feel like **** today. I can hardly walk down the stairs without falling =)
Today will be taken off, and give me time to continue on my custom sub-enclosure for my car (via fiberglass), clean the house, and put some of my instruments / random stuff up on craigslist/ebay for sell.

Hah, thanks bro. It really is all about habit, my gym motivation slowly disolved to nothing because I was afraid that I was getting to an unhealtyhy state with exertion and eating (cal counting, etc), so I am thankful for the break. Now I just need to build the 4-6 day a week habit back up.

Friday:
Lat Pull Down -
6 @ 150lb
3x6 @ 160lb
Flat DB Bench -
35s warmup
2x8 @ 55lb
6 @ 55lb
Machine - Rear Delts
9 @ 100lb
2x8 @ 80lb
Tricep Pressdown, 2 hand -
3x8 @ 60lb
Bike -
12 resistance, 3.6+ miles
HR 155bpm+
10 minutes
My wrist is STILL jacked, for those who remember my history. Benching and pretty much ANYTHING that requires stability from the wrist is a bitch to do. It hurts.

Hello BB community!
Just dropping a line...
PS, my calves are sore as hell. After a few months off, I finally got a small streak of gym-attendance in. I went 3 days in a row, and really put my all into it. I ate tons because I wanted best nutrition for recovery, and didn't really care about fat-gain. I actually pulled out my supplement stash, and put some leucine and CytoMax to use.
I also did a LOT of skipping, and as some of you may know - when you first do that seriously, it can really rock your calves the next day!
Anyways, I miss the culture... and am currently looking back at my food pictures (I have 306 pictures in my folder that I took!) I realized that I ate some damn good food back then, and it was often!
Peace.
(ps,
currently listening to this as I type this...
