I've taken several brands of whey protein over the years and they all give me pretty bad gas. The isolates are a little easier on my stomach than the concentrates but I still get pretty gassy. Anyways, this thread isn't about whey protein. I'd like to start taking a casein protein before I go to bed. However, I don't want to sound (and smell) like an effin Mexican polka concert while I'm in bed with the wife. Does Casein protein make you gassy like whey does, or not?
So, to you guys out there who take both whey and casein, let me know your experiences. Thanks.
