    What's the best alternative exercise for LEG PRESS without the leg press machine?

    I don't have the leg press machine, so what is a good replacement/alternative to the exercise (not Squats, I already incorporate them).
    I have a squat rack and barbell accessible.
    Thanks in advance!

    I was going to suggest setting up a bench in the multi peg rack so you can rack/de-rack the weights with spotters if you had but yeah it's pretty dangerous lol.

    Try barbell lunges? I think the balancing and individual work makes it different enough from a squat to incorporate. Plus it seems to bring out the details in my legs.
