This will be my first time taking a prohormone, this will also be my first time doing a log.
im not exactly sure on how to run a log so if anyone can help me out i would greatley appriciate it. i will start bold on monday december 2nd (tommorow).
I am running bold standalone and im gonna try not to add any outside variables.

5'7
153 lbs
9% body fat
how i plan to run this cycle:
~bold weeks 1-6 600/600/800/800/800/800
~pct reversitrol weeks 1-4 3/2/1/1

~ Ive been working out for two years
~i started out at 129 lbs then bulked up to 164 then cut back down to 143 and bulked up again to 153
~im coming off my creatine and x factor cycle
Just started the bold today, took it 3 times split through out the day. I just took some pics and will try to post it soon. i will also take after pics and post that too.
Today was chest day and weighed in at 152 lbs... damn im already losing wait lol.
Flat barbell Benchpress: in order from top to bottom

You weigh 152 and can bench 275 X 3 for your 4th set? Are you all chest, or are all your lifts that good?
And at your weight, I would stick to 600 mg and try to run Bold a little longer, maybe pick up another bottle.

lol i would hope my lifts are all that good
a ruff estimate of my other lifts....
bicep curl 45 lbs dumbells 8 reps with good form maybe on last rep little sloppy
squat 315 X 8 with good form
dumbell military press? 70 lbs dumbells for 10 reps good form
seated cable rows 160lbs X 10-15 good form of coursed no swinging!
oh and as far as then bench goes i was able to hit 225 lbs 8-10 times before but i never even attempted anything over 255 lbs before today. for some reason i just had the confidence to hit it and i did. i had a spotter but trust me i did all the work
so are you subbed? its would be nice to know i had someone along for the ride

Today i weighed in at 154.2 lbs. i usually scale myself at night so my weight tends to fluctuate. i am almost done with my x factor also just thought i might let you all know but as far as that i am only supplementing on bold 200 and nothing else

I never did deadlifts untill recently and its really hard to get a grip on the bar i think i gonna buy some straps and i also need to buy a belt. well only got 5 sets in so maybe i can do some leg presses and curls tommorow to make up for the crap workout i had today
^ yeah i wanted to do the same thing but not sure if i feel comfortable running tren. I heard sides are bad and i would need more then reversitrol to run for pct. i want to add something else to my last four weeks but not sure what, something that would only require reversitrol for pct

people over exaggerate to the extreme on these forums. i asked vaughn and he said that reversitol was used many times for people running trenadrol
i just read that you shouldnt supplement vitamin e while on cycle and i have been doing that since the start of this cycle lol. good thing i found out early. anyways today is off day
really, why? i don't take vit e regardless but i'd like to know.

Vitamin E and Prohormones
Vitamin E is a popular anti-oxidant amongst athletes and justly so. I myself supplement 400 IU most of the year. But when on a prohormones stack it may be wise to give it a rest for a couple of weeks. As a fat-soluble vitamin your storages are plentiful if you supplement year-round. But Vitamin E will inhibit the effect of prohormones, and even some test boosters. The conversion will not happen fully, and that's only if the prohormones actually reach receptors. You are potentially cutting your gains by 50 to 60 percent. Prohormones stack well with most supplements though. Just kick back the vitamin E, you'll be getting small amounts in your multi anyway.
